Credits: Purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Unusado credits expire 12 meses after purchase. No cash refunds will be issued for unusado credits. Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 días of your first payment, provided you have not usado any Premium tool during that poriod. After 14 días or after first use, subscription fees are non-refundable.

If a Premium tool produces demonstrably incorrect results due to a bug in our system, we will refund the credits usado for that calculation (up to the number of credits spent) or provide replacement credits. Please report the issue with screenshots and details to info@SectorCALC.com.

To request a refund, contact us at info@SectorCALC.com with your transAcción ID (Desde your payment provider) and the reason for the request. We will respond within 7–14 Negocio días.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your Cuenta until the matter is resolved.
